Ingredients
- 3tbsp. Olive oil
- 1lb. Premio Sausagesweet, hot or mixed and sliced, you can slice them or leave whole
- 3 Large Green Peppers
- 5 Small Red Pepperssmall red, orange and yellow pepper mixed bag
- 5 Small Orange Pepperssmall red, orange and yellow pepper mixed bag
- 5 Small Yellow Pepperssmall red, orange and yellow pepper mixed bag
- 4 Large Sweet Onionscut onions long in circle pieces
- 2 JalapeñoDice and slice
- 124 oz. Botticelli Italian Sauce
Recipe Notes
Directions: 1. Boil water in a pot (large enough to boil sausage) 2. Put sausage in pot and boil for 15 minutes (get out some fat) 3. Cut up sausages, peppers, onions and jalapeño 4. Place sausage, onions, jalapeño and peppers in a 9 x 13 baking dish and drizzle oil over top and mix 5. Cover with foil and cook on 350 for 45-60 minutes until browned 6. Put sauce in crockpot 7. After sausage mix is done cooking, put in crockpot with sauce for 4-6 hours on low * Serve with angel hair pasta or on a roll * Sprinkle parmesan cheese
