Ingredients
- 1lb. Skinless Boneless Chicken Cutlets or Thin PiecesOrganic or Regular
- 111 oz. Green Giant Mexican Corn
- 215 oz. Black BeansOrganic or Regular
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1tsp. Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1tsp. Chili Powder
- 115 oz. can Rotel Mild Chili with Peppers
- 1box Rice or Tacos
- 7-10 Fresh Small Tomatoes
- 124 oz. Huntz Diced Tomato Sauce Cancan be spicy or regular
- 7-10 Yellow and Orange Pepperssmall bag of peppers
Recipe Notes
Directions
- Cut up chicken breast into small bite size pieces.
- Saute chicken with 1 tsp. oil in pot until no pink inside.
- Add jalapeño, peppers and onion. Saute in pot with chicken.
- Add tomato sauce to pot
- Add all beans and corn to pot.
- Add 1 tsp of chili powder, and pepper to pot.
- Mix and cook recipe on stovetop on simmer till hot.
- Add chili to crockpot to blend and stay warm low 4-6 hours
- Serve with rice or tacos,
