Ingredients
- 3 lb.pkg. Beef or Boneless Pork Roastuncooked
- 132 oz. Beef Broth
- 1small package Baby Carrotsas is
- 5-7 Small Red Potatoesunpeeled
- 1tsp. Pepper
- 2small Onionspeeled and sliced
- 3 Celery Stalkssliced
- 1pkg. Pennsylvania Dutch Wide Noodles
Recipe Notes
Directions:
- Rinse raw meat and place in 3 quart crockpot
- Cut small red potatoes (unpeeled) in halves
- Place uncooked roast, broth, seasonings and vegetables in crockpot
- Cook in crockpot on low heat 8-10 hours till meat and vegetable are soft and tender.
- Lastly cook noodles to package and serve with soup.
