Ingredients
- 1box Elbow Macaroniuncooked
- 4 American Cheese Slicescheese slices make smooth and creamy
- 1cup All Natural Shredded Cheesesharp cheddar cheese or your choice
- 1cup All Natural Shredded Cheesemozzarella cheese or your choice
- 1tbsp Salted Butter
- 2cups Lowfat Milk
- 1 Jalapeñooptional
- 1tsp. Pepper
- 1tsp. Chili Pepperoptional
- 1tsp. Red Hot Sauceoptional
Recipe Notes
Directions:
- Cook elbow macaroni on stovetop according to package
- Drain elbow macaroni in strainer.
- Then put elbow macaroni back in pot on stovetop
- Add milk, cheeses, spices, butter, other ingredients and stir till smooth
Note: Can used with cheeses of choice. Cooking on the stovetop, I find helps keep mac and cheese moist. Mac and Cheese can be served as leftovers.
