Rosie Crafts Spinach Sweet Potato Chicken Chowder

Recipe Notes
Ingredients:
1 32oz. carton Heavy Cream
1 12oz. pkg. Spinach Frozen (cook according to pkg.)
1 1 lb. Fresh Chicken Pieces (boneless, skinless, cooked & diced)
1 Small Bag Baby Carrots
2-3 Sweet Potatoes (peeled & diced small)
1 Medium Onion (diced)
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Salt or Fresh Garlic Clove (diced small)
Directions:
- Cook Chicken in pot over stove in oil & then remove
- Prepare spinach in another pot according to package & drain well
- Cut & peel sweet potatoes & onions
- Cook potatoes and onions until soft
- Add cream, cooked chicken & all veggies on low simmer until bubbly
